Introducing the flagship wine from our estate property located in the Alexander Valley of Sonoma County. We’ve chosen the very best sections from several different blocks that contain multiple clones and microclimates.

Our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon truly reflects the fullest potential of our steep hillside vineyards. The result is a wine that releases a broad spectrum of aromas, combining red, blue, and black fruits on the nose. The full palate delivers focused fruit, with lush notes of dark berry. Our cool climate gives the wine a freshness and crisp acidity that balances the ripe fruit. The end result is an elegant, balanced wine with the structure to age gracefully for decades.

"This is a new project from Skip Battle and family, with Patrick Sullivan making the 100% varietal wine. Elegant and cool climate in nature, it offers exotic complex layers of forest floor, sage, graphite and currant, the tannins elongated and polished. The structure and moderate ripeness show potential for aging. Enjoy best 2024-2029". Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast - 92 points.
